A self-soothe box can be made up of things that make you feel better should you be feeling any sadness or anxiety. This could be a fun activity to make at home and keep somewhere safe for when you need it.  You can put pictures in it that you have drawn or painted, or photographs. You can include books you like to read or things that smell nice. Remember to add things that have an effect on your senses. You could include things like train tickets which remind you of journey you enjoyed. Depending on the type of box you use, you could paint it or decorate it. This could be something you do by yourself for yourself or an acitivity shared with another person in your family.
